LSG Clothes undertakes not to charge any return fees in the case of items with defects that render the item non-compliant with its description or in the case of an error on the part of LSG Clothes (error in size, color, etc.).

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

LSG Clothes does not take responsibility for changes of mind, and size errors (on your part) are also your responsibility (there is a Size Guide chart with all garment measurements, please use it).
For changes just after purchase, these can be taken into account at no extra cost if you contact us via the site's contact tab and pre-orders are still open.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These conditions govern sales by the company LSG clothes SAS based in Haute Savoie, we sell clothing from the LSG clothes brand. Registered with the Annecy (FRANCE) Chamber of Commerce under the SIREN number 888585692.

Article 2- Price
The prices of our products are indicated in local currency, all taxes included, unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.
In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the responsibility of the company LSG clothes. They will be your responsibility and are your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.
The company LSG clothes reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of the company LSG clothes until full payment of the price.

Article 4- Validation of your order

Article 5- Payment
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated.
Payment for your purchases is made by credit card using the secure Shopify Payment system.
The card is only debited when the order is confirmed. In the event of split deliveries, only the products shipped are debited.

Article 6- Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the LSG clothes website and while stocks last. For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
If a product is unavailable after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.
In addition, the LSG clothes website is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Consequently, the LSG clothes company reserves the right to refuse orders for 10 identical items.

Article7 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.
In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible impact on the delivery time indicated to you.
In the event of deliveries by a carrier, the company LSG clothes cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals.

Article8 - Guarantee
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email/telephone/post within 14 days of delivery.
The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Shipping costs will be reimbursed to you on the basis of the price invoiced and return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents.
